Aqua-Tots Swim School Tustin is seeking a part-time SNAP instructor to deliver adaptive swim lessons to children in our program. Training is provided, and no prior swim teaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with disabilities in educational, therapeutic, or caregiving settings.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable interactions with children and families.
• Reliable attendance with weekend availability (Sat or Sun, 3–8 PM).
• No prior swim instruction required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction exclusively to SNAP program students.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual needs, abilities, and learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive lesson environment.
• Communicate progress and goals with parents and guardians.
• Maintain consistent attendance and scheduling reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and curriculum standards.
• Participate in required training and professional development.
