Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities in educational, therapeutic, or caregiving settings.

• Reliable with 90% attendance; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction exclusively to SNAP students.
• Adapt lessons to meet each child's needs and learning styles.
• Ensure a safe, structured and inclusive environment during lessons.
• Communicate progress with parents, caregivers and guardians.
• Maintain consistency and reliability in attendance and scheduling.
• Follow Aqua-Tots' safety protocols and curriculum standards.
• Participate in required training and professional development.
