Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of job-related experience with people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and supervision of aquatic lessons and activities.
• Assist clients in and out of the pool.
• Adhere to standard safety practices.
• Assist clients in preparation for activities as needed.
• Clean/maintain pool deck sanitation.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Engage in pool set up and closing duties.
• Attend meetings as scheduled.
• Notify supervisor of incidents and complete reports.
• Inspect waterfront equipment and report defects.
