Job summary

Swim Angelfish is hiring an Adaptive Swim Instructor to provide 1:1 adaptive swim lessons and help children build confidence, safety, and joy in the water. The role emphasizes supporting swimmers with sensory, motor, or emotional needs in a calm, encouraging setting.

Applicants should be patient, observant, reliable, and eager to learn new skills, with the ability to work independently. Training, mentorship, and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the pool.
• Ability to be in the water for the duration of lessons.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1:1 adaptive swim lessons using the Swim Whisperers® Method.

Swim Angelfish specializes in adaptive swim instruction for children with Autism, Anxiety, Down Syndrome, sensory needs, and other developmental challenges.
