Job summary

Swim Angelfish in Fairfield, CT (and other locations) seeks an Adaptive Swim Instructor to teach 1:1 lessons using the Swim Whisperers Method. You’ll help children feel confident, safe, and joyful in the water, focusing on sensory and developmental needs in a supportive, encouraging environment.

The role offers paid training and certification, ongoing mentorship, a collaborative team, and flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend shifts.

Swim Angelfish specializes in adaptive swim instruction for children with Autism, Anxiety, Down Syndrome, sensory needs, and other developmental challenges. Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the pool
