Job summary

British Swim School of Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs is seeking a compassionate Adaptive Swim Instructor to provide one-on-one lessons for children with autism and other developmental or sensory differences at the Cudahy location.

Evening and weekend hours are available, and starting pay is $22 per hour. You’ll receive paid training and have the chance to build meaningful relationships with families while helping swimmers gain confidence and life-saving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, special education, therapy, childcare, or similar roles.
• Ability to adapt teaching to each swimmer’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one adaptive swim lessons for children with autism and other differences.
• Help swimmers develop life-saving water skills and confidence.
• Participate in training and contribute to a supportive team environment.
