Swim Angelfish in Newton, MA is hiring an Adaptive Swim Instructor to teach 1:1 lessons using our Swim Whisperers® Method. You’ll support swimmers with sensory, motor, or emotional regulation needs in a calm, encouraging environment, while ensuring safety and following pool guidelines.

Paid training and certification are provided, along with ongoing mentorship and a collaborative team. If you love working with kids and want a rewarding role, this is for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the pool.
• Ability to be in the water for the duration of lessons.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1:1 adaptive swim lessons using our Swim Whisperers® Method.
• Support swimmers with sensory, motor, or emotional regulation needs.
• Create a calm, encouraging, and fun environment.
• Communicate progress to families with warmth and clarity.
