• Be well organized and have good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to individuals or small groups of Students With Disabilities in special education or general education as assigned.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management and assist with supervision of students.
• Perform data collection and routine record-keeping as instructed by the teacher.
• Assist the teacher with clerical tasks and inventory of classroom materials.
• Maintain paraprofessional certification and participate in required professional learning.
• Communicate with students, parents, faculty and staff using appropriate verbal and written skills.
