Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, direct, and administer PT programs to restore function and maximize independence. You will assess patients, develop care plans with patients/families, and provide education to improve quality of life through therapeutic exercise and hands-on care.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized plans, using evidence-based techniques, communicating progress, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in PA upon hire.
• Master’s or Doctorate in PT preferred.
• Ability to travel to Home Care assignments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement PT plans to restore function and reduce disability.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques and mobility training.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and care team.
• Reassess and adjust plans based on patient response and goals.
• Document all care and ensure compliance with policies.
