Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Quakertown, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, direct, and administer therapy programs to restore function and independence for patients.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement evidence-based treatment plans, document outcomes, and ensure safety and quality in care. This onsite role supports day shifts within the Health Center at Quakertown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy required.
• Demonstrates sound clinical reasoning in evaluation and diagnosis.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Must provide safe, compassionate and competent PT treatments.
• Must communicate with patients, families and coworkers.
• American Heart Association BLS - PA Upon Hire
• PT Licensed in Pennsylvania Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements PT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Implements treatment plans using exercises, manual techniques, mobility training, ADLs, and modalities.
• Provides PT treatment aligned with patient needs assessments.
• Performs reassessments and updates plans.
• Communicates progress to supervisor and clinicians.
• Delivers care with age- and population-specific considerations.
• Provides supervision as required by regulations.
• Sets measurable goals and timeframes for treatment.
• Documents and codes in accordance with policies.
