Zusammenfassung

Special Strong is hiring for multiple Rhode Island locations to provide adaptive fitness training for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Trainers will deliver 1-on-1 adaptive coaching and small group sessions, assess clients, and maintain detailed profiles for upcoming workouts.

Comprehensive training and development are provided, including CAFT certification from day one. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Approved PT certification (NCCA/NASM/ISSA/ACE) or college degree in an exercise-related field.
• Willingness to travel within 15-mile radius of posting location.
• Comfortable with smartphones and basic computer operations.
• Prior personal trainer experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with special needs is highly prioritized.

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
• Approved Personal Training Certification (NCCA/NASM/ISSA/ACE) or College Degree in Exercise-Related Field
• Available to travel within a 15-mile radius of the job posting location
• Comfortable with smartphones and basic computer operation
• Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, but not required
• Any experience (volunteer or professional) with special needs will result in high-priority
