YMCA of San Diego County is seeking an Adaptive Gymnastics Coach to lead inclusive programs for children with special needs. The role emphasizes safety, supervision, and creating engaging activities that promote social skills and creativity in a supportive environment.
The coach will deliver after-school sessions, adapt instruction for participants aged 0-12, and communicate progress with parents while modeling enthusiasm and leadership. A fingerprint check is required by policy.
The Adaptive Gymnastics Coach is responsible to help facilitate, promote, and implement inclusion of participants into programs. The Coach will lead others into the commitment of building an inclusive community.
