YMCA of San Diego County seeks an Adaptive Gymnastics Coach to promote inclusive participation in programs and lead a supportive, welcoming environment for children with diverse needs. The role emphasizes safety, individualized attention, and positive role-model coaching while delivering engaging activities and parent communication.
You will plan age-appropriate lessons, facilitate academic enrichment, supervise participants, and collaborate with staff and volunteers.
The Adaptive Gymnastics Coach is responsible to help facilitate, promote, and implement inclusion of participants into programs. The Coach will lead others into the commitment of building an inclusive community.
