Job summary

Cosmo is seeking experienced educators to join as independent contractors for online tutoring. This role offers the flexibility to create a consistent schedule, providing personalized 1-on-1 math instruction to K-12 students. Tutors will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years' experience, with a commitment to teaching for a minimum of 6 months. Additional incentives available for performance. A quiet location and reliable internet are required to ensure an effective learning environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math.
• Experience with K-12 Math standards.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1.
• Available between 3-10 PM EST Monday through Friday or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time.
