Job summary

Harris County Elections ADA Warehouse Lead manages accuracy and readiness of ADA supplies inventory for Early Voting and Election Day centers. You’ll maintain real-time records, perform QC audits, forecast replenishment, and lead projects while coordinating with vendors and Elections staff.

You will also oversee receiving, staging of ramps, and safe handling of equipment, with a focus on timely, accurate information and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience with inventory management.
• Valid Driver's License; forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed inventories for election usage.
• Audits inventory and forecasts replenishment needs to avoid shortages.
• Coordinates delivery and retrieval of ADA equipment to vote centers.
• Serves as primary contact for vendors and Elections staff for inventory info.
• Ensures safety compliance in warehouse areas and with equipment.
