The State of Maryland seeks a dedicated leader to oversee ADA and EEO programs within the Office of Fair Practices & Inclusion (OFPI) in Baltimore. You will guide legal and statutory compliance, deliver training to staff, and collaborate with DPSCS leadership to refine policies on accommodations and equal opportunity.

Applicants should bring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in ADA/EEO compliance; a JD or a relevant advanced degree may substitute the required experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of professional experience in ADA/EEO employment compliance.
• Master's degree can substitute two years; Juris Doctor can substitute four years.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ADA/EEO programs within OFPI.
• Provide ADA training to employees, supervisors, and management.
• Develop policies and procedures for accommodations and compliance.
• Lead cross-divisional work groups to deploy ADA/EEO programs.
• Manage data analytics, reporting, and confidentiality systems.
• Coordinate with EEOC and Maryland Civil Rights in legal matters.
