• Familiarity with Banner or a comparable student information system.

• Lead development and oversight of services, programs, policies to support students with disabilities and those needing supportive services.
• Assist Title IX Coordinator with compliance in Title IX, VAWA, and related laws.
• Inform faculty about student accommodations and equal educational access.
• Oversee counseling staff training, development, and evaluation.
• Provide online counseling via email, phone, and distance education.
