Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Выполнение активного поиска клиентов и холодных контактов.

• Использовать консультативный подход в продажах и выявлять потребности рекламодателей.

• Управлять возражениями и повторными контактами в рамках сценариев продаж.
• Поддерживать чистоту воронки и ведение последующих шагов в CRM.
• Работать с CRM, инструментами продаж и дашбордами, следить за активностью клиентов.

Описание: David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global company in the digital advertising and social media industry that is seeking to onboard a French-Speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their team in Athens. Position: Ad Sales Specialist Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time

Задачи:

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first-contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers and quickly establish relevance and interest.
• Reactivate dormant or under-developed accounts and develop them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative and needs-based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges and requirements.
• Drive revenue by converting customer engagement into measurable commercial results.
• Handle objections, rejection and re-engagement scenarios confidently and professionally.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, follow-ups and opportunities in an organised and disciplined manner.
• Use CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and other platforms to manage customer activity and performance.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Требования:

• Minimum 12 months of proven sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, telesales, B2B sales, business development, account management, digital advertising or a similar commercial environment.
• Native or near-native level of French.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience conducting proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Confidence initiating conversations with customers who may not yet recognise a clear business need.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and pipeline management platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
