Job summary

Money Group is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to create, manage, and optimize ad units and widgets, supporting Ads By Money and cross-functional teams across Sales and Dev to grow revenue and performance.

You will work on ad unit creation, QA, data interpretation, and collaboration with internal teams; a BA/BS and 1–3 years in digital marketing or advertising are required; GA/SEO knowledge is a plus. Money Group offers health care, dental, retirement matching and generous time off.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in operational processes, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
• Excellent organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning, problem-solving, risk-taking, and the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ad unit creation and management, as well as quality assurance
• Build solutions and processes to improve ad unit efficiency
• Interpret data, then manage and communicate results to internal teams to further grow opportunities with existing and new partners
• Work cross-functionally with other departments across the company (like Sales and Dev) to drive the business forward
• Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner (policy, account setup, performance, and more)
• Develop a deep understanding of our internal systems to better serve internal and external stakeholders
