Job summary

Well-Known Media/Advertising Organization is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage online advertising campaigns and trafficking. You will use FreeWheel and Madhive, monitor campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with Sales to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ad trafficking, strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Phoenix-based with on-site work two days per week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of online ad trafficking experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage online advertising campaigns
• Perform day-to-day ad scheduling in FreeWheel and Madhive
• Monitor delivery of campaigns end-to-end and optimize
• Consult with Sales to ensure successful campaigns
• Work with Yield Management to manage margins
• Review daily reporting to identify issues
• Handle day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates (weekends/after hours)
• Prepare and edit HTML code used to track ad creative
• Follow-up with timely feedback within deadlines
• Self-manage tasks/times for efficiency
• Troubleshoot targeting issues and traffic discrepancies
• QA all VAST tags and MP4 Files to meet specs
