RedCircle is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. You will set up ad campaigns, coordinate with podcasters and advertisers, and ensure campaigns run smoothly while delivering excellent client service.

You’ll bridge operations and account management, handling scripts, reporting, and feedback to help creators monetize their podcasts. Hybrid in LA or Boston (3-4 days on-site).

Formación

• Gains from internship or coursework in media buying, coordinating advertising, or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized, detail oriented.
• Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and own projects autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Set up ad campaigns in the RedCircle Ad Platform with the sales team.
• Coordinate with podcasters to manage ad campaign execution and scripts.
• Communicate with the advertiser team to report results and ensure smooth campaigns.
• Gather feedback from advertisers and creators to optimize the platform experience.
