This position offers a base salary between $140,000.00 and $222,000.00.

The Associate Director, Business Analytics supports multiple customer groups and/or therapeutic areas. The role requires expertise in statistical methodologies for measuring marketing impact, a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and familiarity with industry data sources. Responsibilities include using sophisticated analytics for projects such as marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses, customer profiling and segmentation, and predictive modeling.

Key responsibilities include conducting and interpreting advanced analytics to support decision-making on promotional strategies, supporting brand planning and digital activities, and providing inputs to forecasting processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced analytics for brand teams and customer channels to support brand planning and resource allocation, including digital channels and evolving commercial models.
  • Collaborate between Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies.
  • Lead the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy.
  • Execute departmental procedures and collaborate internally to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into sales force call plans, including in-person, virtual, and digital channels.
  • Communicate analytical results effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge of analytical methodologies and high-quality vendors, including third-party digital agencies.
  • Support the evolving processes and execution needs of the therapeutic business function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of relevant analytic experience or Master's degree with five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.
  • Expertise in advanced analytical techniques such as multivariate analysis and promotional responsiveness.
  • Experience in customer segmentation influencing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Experience with digital analytics and campaigns, including email, banner ads, mobile, and alerts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, including patient claims data and therapeutic areas like Obesity and Liver Health.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Willing to undergo drug testing and physical examination if required.
  • At least 18 years old and physically located within the continental US during working hours.
  • Willing to work regular business hours aligned to the EST time zone.
