Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking a Vehicle Operator Instructor to support the New Equipment Training (NET) efforts for the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) and Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV). The role involves delivering instructional programs, evaluating curricula, and ensuring operator maintenance and safety standards are met in alignment with Marine Corps procedures.

The candidate should have 6+ years of experience, familiarity with AAV/ACV operations, and completion of the Marine Corps Instructor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Familiarity with AAV/ACV operations and Marine Corps training language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ACV instruction and evaluate ACV systems and maintenance tasks.
• Review and update curricula, lesson plans, and training materials.
• Perform PMCS, inspections, and operator-level tasks per TM and standards.
• Conduct FoV training and SVET/SWET-related egress training.

Skills

IDC completion
