Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Vascular Access Manager for Acute Care in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves planning, coordinating, and providing patient care during vascular access procedures, including PICCs and peripheral lines.

Strong leadership and 2+ years in vascular/ICU settings are preferred. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of RN work experience required, and two years of clinical leadership preferred.
• Prefer 2 yrs supervisor or manager experience managing 15 to 20 team size.
• Should have 2 yrs acute vascular or ICU experience as cases 30% of the time.
• Prefer Vascular access CRNI or VABC cert.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS, ACLS required and PALS credentials within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide care for vascular access procedures, including PICC, midline, and peripheral IV catheter insertions.
• Perform and supervise ultrasound-guided venous access as needed.
• Lead and develop a team of RNs and supervisors (~15–20 staff) with strong clinical leadership.
• Establish excellent rapport with internal and external customers and lead by example.
• Ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS/PALS and nursing standards.
