CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. The role supports patient safety and well-being with a 7AM–7PM shift in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, feeding, monitoring vitals, and supporting clinicians during procedures. A high school diploma and BLS are required, hospital experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision.
• Answer patient calls and assist with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Feed patients and record their food and liquid intake.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to nurses or doctors.
• Assist nurses with medical procedures and wound care.
