Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking an Acute Rehab RN for our Ottumwa, IA location. The role requires compassionate care for patients recovering from acute illness or injury within a team-based rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited RN program diploma, active Iowa RN license or compact licensure eligibility, BCLS certification, and 1 year of nursing experience in acute or rehab settings. ACLS is a plus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license or eligibility for compact state licensure.
• Current BCLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (acute care or rehab experience highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and at-home care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Rehab RN to join our team in Ottumwa, IA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or injuries, ensuring safe and effective rehabilitation. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Requirements
