Qualifications
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.
- Current Iowa RN license or Compact State license valid for Iowa.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Foundational nursing practices and patient assessment knowledge.
- Ability to monitor conditions, administer treatments, and document progress.
- Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.
- Commitment to compassionate, safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor recovery progress.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to support individualized plans.
