Job summary

You’ll evaluate and treat patients across neuro-trauma, orthopedics, neurology, medical/surgical, and ICU settings while supporting joint replacement, spine surgery, and stroke recovery.

Collaborate with therapy colleagues, care managers, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon.
• Acute clinical experience preferred.
• Be a team player with proven collaboration and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans and document patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring progress towards functional goals with safe, effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reflecting patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes and involve families in care plans.
• Proactively manage caseloads to meet patient needs, with flexibility required for department needs.
• Maintain effective communication and adhere to regulatory standards.
