Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective Physical Therapy services including evaluation, treatment and education to meet patient goals.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families/caregivers and team members.
• Promote teamwork within the multidisciplinary Rehabilitation team.
