Kindred Hospital Denver and ARU is an all-private room facility offering 24/7 clinical care. Under direct RN supervision, this LVN/LPN role provides nursing care within licensure scope and supports rehabilitation per the medical plan of care.

The position requires LVN/LPN licensure, BLS, and typically 6 months of acute care experience. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany duties in a hospital setting in Denver, Colorado.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited program for licensed vocational/practical nurses.
• Current LVN/LPN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum six months’ prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, administers medications and provides patient care per standards.
• Communicates patient status and changes to the RN and team.
• Manages pain relief and educates patients/families on pain management.
• Assists with rehabilitation and plans of care under RN supervision.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures as directed.
• Ensures patient safety and addresses psychosocial needs of patients and families.
