Qualifications

• Rising senior in good standing in related field or high school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Tech program completion preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient experience by partnering with care team.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Document care in EMR and follow plan of care.
• Maintain safety and equipment, ensure HIPAA compliance.
