Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, develop and adjust plans of care, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active license.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education in acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages with appropriate plans of care.
• Designs and adjusts plans of care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, families and other care team members on treatment goals.
• Documents care in compliance with Clinical Process policies and regulations.
• Supervises PTA and rehabilitation technicians as applicable.
