Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One (1) year RN experience.
• RN License with the state of Arizona.
• American Heart Association: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• American Heart Association: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.

• Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
