Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) for the Acute Lung/Center for Hematology & Oncology. This full-time role runs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and involves direct patient care for acutely ill patients, with collaboration across physicians and care teams.

Requirements include a Master's in Nursing, NP certification, state licensure in Florida, and ACLS/DEA as applicable. Strong credentialing and commitment to quality care are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of RN experience is required.
• Compliance with Florida CEU/licensure requirements.
• DEA license required as per specialty.
• ACLS required as per specialty.
• Nurse Practitioner National Certification required.
• Obtain medical staff credentialing and privileges as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage care of acutely ill patients in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and plan of care.
• Coordinate care across the health system and participate in quality initiatives.
