Madisonhealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and implement patient care for the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit in Idaho. The RN will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while aligning with unit standards and organizational goals across shifts.

The role requires Idaho RN licensure, current BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and PALS preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential for success in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho.
• BLS current.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS preferred.
• Basic Dysrhythmia Class.

Responsibilities

Job description

Madison health is seeking to hire a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age and needs of the patient population service in the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit.

The RN ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the units standards of care, demonstrates performance consistent the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization and remains flexible to changing systems.

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice and treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.

Classification: PRN

Schedule:

• Variable (discuss in interview)


• 4 shifts per month if available


• Holiday Rotation

Education/Certifications:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho


• Basic Life Support (BLS), current


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months of hire


• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, preferred


• Basic Dysrhythmia Class
