Job summary

Madisonhealth in Idaho is hiring a full-time Education - Clinical Educator. This role drives practice development, ongoing learning, and educator growth across hospital settings for staff and learners.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional after-hours education for hospital staff. Must hold an Idaho RN license; BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS can be obtained within the first months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for education roles.
• BLS and ACLS can be obtained within first few months of hire.

Clinical Educators are registered nurses who influence practice, ongoing learning, change, professional role competence and growth of learners in a variety of settings, professional and/or community.

Classification: FT

Schedule

• Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
• There may be times this position will be required to come in during off hours to do education for hospital staff

Required Skills

• Basic Computer Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based programs
• Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to educate/teach one on one as well as group settings

Minimum Work Experience

• At least 1 year clinical nursing experience

Minimum Education/Certification/Licenses

• Current RN License in the state of Idaho
• BSN Preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support) Can obtain within first few months of hire
