Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an STNA, PCA, or ACT strongly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under RN supervision; maintains competency in trained skills.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment by following Infection Control policies and safety procedures.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members and documents observations accurately.
• Supports unit operations by handling supply, equipment, and environmental tasks.
• Demonstrates accountability and supports organizational and unit changes.
