Part Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital

The 6300 Medical-Surgical Unit at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is a 41-bed unit that specializes in the care of orthopedic, neurosurgery, and trauma patients. Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from total joint replacements—such as knee, hip, and shoulder—as well as those with hip fractures or requiring spinal surgery. This fast-paced unit offers a supportive environment for role transition students, nursing students, and new graduates to thrive and grow, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and delivering high-quality patient care. Nurses here have the opportunity to refine their skills in areas such as managing pre- and post-operative care, pain management, patient mobility, and neurovascular assessments. Our team also handles orthopedic-specific interventions, including the use of splints, Buck’s traction, skeletal traction, and specialized durable medical equipment (DME).
