The role involves physician leadership in acute care, with responsibilities spanning hospital consults, emergency room coverage, and postoperative follow-up.

The ideal candidate will work with two dedicated PAs, manage a high volume of acute surgical cases, and operate in an environment with robotic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate at Baptist Medical Center South.
• Consult in the hospital and emergency room, then follow up with surgical care.
• Work with two dedicated physician assistants who round, consult, and scrub cases.
• Manage high volume of acute surgical cases within an operating room with robotic capability.
