Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) or Advanced GI preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in academic surgery and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide spectrum of general surgical conditions.
• Participate in emergency general surgery service with shared call coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care.

Skills

Proficiency in laparoscopic and/or robotic surgical techniques

Strong interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality surgical care

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency

Eligible for medical licensure in Florida
