Job summary

Medline is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive hospital-based product sales across OR, Cath Lab, ICU, and related departments. The role involves engaging with clinical and procurement decision-makers, presenting a broad product portfolio, and delivering customized solutions to keep healthcare running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience with cold calling or full-cycle sales.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of quota-based sales experience with cold calling and full-cycle sales.
• Track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to present multiple product lines to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products.
• Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales.
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting and selling new products while maintaining existing business.
• Team building across the continuum of care to ensure collaboration.
• Leadership skills and ability to close the deal.
• Preparing bids and price quotes.
• Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
