Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry or Step Down as assigned.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians, including diagnostic results and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with supervision as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
