Sierra Medical Center in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in alignment with facility policies and philosophy. You will offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, grounded in patient-centered care and Service Excellence standards.

As part of Northern Nevada Health System, the 170-bed acute care hospital provides 24/7 ER, cardiology, oncology, labor and delivery, NICU and orthopedic services.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments if required.

• Provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Delivers patient-centered care and supports the healthcare team.
• Coordinates plan of care and discharge planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Performs hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient comfort.
