Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license/eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration per SSH policy; complete reconciliation and documentation.
• Develop, evaluate and update individualized plan of care; document outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality; follow infection control and regulatory standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development; at least 5 contact hours per year.
• Use Lotus Notes and department software; operate in downtime as needed.
• Maintain privacy and security of patient information; comply with policies.
• Collaborate with patient and family in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Provide culturally sensitive care and engage diverse populations.
