Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with MA license required.
• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Completion of required clinical practice and licensure.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows hospital policies for medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, transcribe, and record medications per SSH policy.
• Develop, discuss, and update a prioritized plan of care for each patient.
• Assess and document patient status using standard scales and indicators.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
• Engage in professional development and document at least 5 contact hours yearly.
• Utilize Lotus Notes and EMR systems to access emails and patient data.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with SSH privacy and security programs.
