Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking Registered Nurse candidates for Full Time/Nights (1900-0700) at Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, ME. Positions include new graduate and experienced RN tracks with structured orientation and a Nurse Residency Program. Competitive benefits and sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 for experienced RNs()}

The Adult Acute Care Unit (MS3) offers a 56 Bed / 36 Telemetry – Medical/Surgical environment, with weekend rotations and a self-scheduling tool to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN preferred; Licensure: RN in state(s) required; BLS certification required or within 30 days; ACLS/PALS within one year for ICU/ED/SCU/PACU RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively within the care team.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program and ongoing professional development.
