Job summary

Requires RN license in Indiana; BSN preferred within five years; ACLS/BLS/PALS as required; 36 hours

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing; or minimum five years acute care experience if not accredited; BSN preferred or required within five years.
• Current Indiana RN licensure; ACLS/BLS/PALS as required.
• Experience in acute care settings and leadership roles encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care per ANA ethics and state laws.
• Assign care based on acuity and nurse expertise; mentor staff as needed.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and lead unit improvement efforts.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a therapeutic environment.
