Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN or LPN licensure is required.
• Graduate from state-approved nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) or LPN program.

• IV therapy training for LPN is optional.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Deliver total patient care as part of the healthcare team (RN or LPN).
• Provide sound clinical judgement in assessment, intervention, and documentation.
• Demonstrate efficiency, organization and safety in daily nursing activities.
