Job summary

Prisma Health, based in Columbia, SC, seeks an experienced registered nurse for inpatient care at Richland Hospital. You will lead nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will ensure safety, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Day shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Assesses and documents patient status using standard tools.
• Develops plans of care with patient/family and care team.
• Completes required documentation and follows regulations.

Responsibilities
