Job summary

Prisma Health in Hillcrest/Simpsonville Medical Campus seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting. Shift involves days and on-call responsibilities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year as a registered nurse.
• Licensure - RN with a compact/multi-state license or licensed in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following the established nursing plan.
• Develop and update care plans with the patient and/or family, provider, and care team.
• Monitor patient status, document progress, and communicate changes to the team.
• Ensure documentation supports patient needs and quality of care.
• Promote patient safety and participate in performance improvement activities.
